DEVELOPMENT
Rebound Hospitality is engaged in hotel and limited food and beverage development projects in addition to our other hospitality services. We have team members that can support all the steps necessary in a development, from acquisition through opening. Our focus on extensive due diligence, branding, design and project management has led to success in re-branding, renovating and ground up developments.
SALES, MARKETING & BRANDING
Rebound is focused on maximizing revenues and profitability through branding, website design, revenue management and low cost and free media sources. While traditional marketing, promotions and third party sites have their place, by using social media, local and state resources and developing strong brands trough our partnership with SuperVox Agency, we are able to increase market share and net income.
FOOD AND BEVERAGE
Food & Beverage operations play a significant role in the profitability of our properties. F&B supports room sales, establishes a connection with our communities and adds energy and drama. F&B operations are also incredibly challenging and require constant attention and the ability to adapt to ever changing guest expectations.
