Brett D. Reese – Partner

Brett Reese’s entrepreneurial drive started early. As a 12 year old, Brett took out his first loan to finance a cow and calf operation from Castle Rock State Bank just outside of Northfield, MN and he has never looked back. Brett’s passion for business is centered on his faith and a few driving principles: his desire to connect communities, never to do anything alone and to share his time, talents and treasures.

Jeff Carvell – Hotel Controller

Jeff manages the financial performance of the Rebound Hospitality hotel properties. Previously he worked as the Controller at the Holiday Inn Eagan and the Hotel Minneapolis. Jeff has a degree in accounting from North Dakota State. He lives with his wife and three kids in Farmington, MN.
