As a 12 year old, Brett took out his first loan to finance a cow and calf operation from Castle Rock State Bank just outside of Northfield, MN and he has never looked back. Carl Deeken – GM / Director of Operations Des Lux Hotel + Bar & Celeste of St. Paul | Hotel + Bar
Carl Deeken joined Rebound Hospitality in the summer of 2013 as the general manager of the Des Lux Hotel in Des Moines, IA. Carl has built the Des Lux Hotel into one of the finest destination boutique hotels in the Midwest. Carl currently is responsible for operation at both the Des Lux and Celeste St. Paul Hotels. Carl was instrumental in the development of the interior design and branding at both properties.
Jeff Carvell – Hotel Controller
Jeff manages the financial performance of the Rebound Hospitality hotel properties. Previously he worked as the Controller at the Holiday Inn Eagan and the Hotel Minneapolis. Jeff has a degree in accounting from North Dakota State. He lives with his wife and three kids in Farmington, MN.
